Growing up in a successful real estate family in Indiana, Jaimee received her first real estate license over 20 years ago. Deciding to explore a career in the legal field, she graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology and Psychology. After graduating from Indiana University, Jaimee moved to South Florida and went on to work at two prestigious real estate and commercial litigation law firms in Downtown Miami. Jaimee’s legal experience provided her with invaluable experience in building relationships with high-profile clients and legal professionals, learning the legal principles of real estate, honing her skills and overall professionalism.

Jaimee worked in the legal field for over 6 years when she realized that her passion is real estate. In 2014, Jaimee decided to pursue her career as a real estate salesperson, as well as assist her husband, a top-producing Miami real estate broker, with the marketing of their thriving business, The Light Group at Douglas Elliman. Together, Jaimee and her husband created the highest-trafficked luxury real estate website in South Florida, MiamiLuxuryHomes.com and furthered a strong reputation in the luxury real estate market in Miami as a dynamic duo.

Living in Miami since 2007, Jaimee has a great understanding of this unique South Florida real estate market and believes that Miami’s cultural diversity, opportunistic nature, eclectic array of entertainment for all ages and, of course, the tropical weather and beaches are what make Miami such a desirable place to live and work!

Jaimee is a resident of Coconut Grove where she lives with her husband, young daughter and their 2 rescue dogs. Jaimee enjoys participating in community events and volunteering for local and international organizations that hold a special place in her heart.
